Alongside our partner organizations, we provide mentorship, coaching, and career discovery to help military talent realize their potential and define their professional goals. Our extensive talent network is organically grown from the relationships we build and the authenticity we maintain.
Our mission is to connect transitioning military veterans and military spouses with qualified interview coaches for personal practice job interviews – so you can Nail That Interview. We are a nonprofit and we work with transitioning military, veterans and military spouses at no cost to them. We understand that as a veteran, you have to take life-changing military experience, explain it to hiring managers, and make an awesome first impression. We also know this is easier said than done for someone who hasn’t been in the business world or had a job interview before.

Elite Meet, founded in 2017, is a network-focused 501(c)3 organization that provides support to transitioning elite Veterans and an unmatched talent pool to corporate partners.
"Special operators and fighter pilots have spent on average 10 or more prime income earning years out of today’s offices and businesses and inside of combat units that demand all of their time, leaving no room for post-military career exploration until their separation is upon them; finding their place in the civilian world can be as big a challenge as anything they have faced in training or in combat."
USO PATHFINDER TRANSITION PROGRAM
This program offered by the USO is available to active duty, Reserve, National Guard and military spouses by offering professional development services throughout the duration of the service member or military spouse’s career, as well as when they transition out of the military and settle into their new communities.
